.EXE wont execute

Cannot run any exe files The error....

I believe this is a virus i lost lavasoft adaware and internet explorer first...

Could anyone please help me!!!!!!!!!

Cannot run any exe files and htrefore cannot run cc cleaner HJT etc

Managed to do this and had to import into regedit as i cannot double click seemed to work. ran ccleaner shut down when i rebooted .exe files are now .ink files and this will now not work

 

have used the .lnk file from the same site http://www.dougknox.com/xp/file_assoc.htm

It turns out that the problem is caused by AD-Watch SE being in automatic.
