Exp crashes on me when i transfer from c to d

Not sure why but im transfering large amounts of files from one HDD to the next; the thing is once its done transfering i get explorer poping up saying it just crashed for such n such reason; any ideas how to fix this problem? getting really anoying. It happens when i transfer from my main hdd C: to my D: drive

 

what such n such reasons are that?
might explain a lot

 

Not sure why he is doing it has any relevance to fixing the problem.

There should be a hyperlink the next time explorer crashes. Can you click on it and get the modname?

 

reason being is that my D: is my slower storage drive...

I made the mistake of no copy pasting the error window; will do next time.
