EXPL_MS04.02 virus

Is any one familiar with the EXPL_MS04.02 virus, and according to PC-cillin it is non cleanable. I did an on-line scan through Trend Micro and that was the result on the report.
Any help how to get rid is appreciated.

 

The EXPL_MS04-028.A is not a virus but an exploit.So the infected file is a jpeg image file.The scans wont delete it.The solution is to patch your operating system.Here is the MS patch for this one http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/ms04-028.mspx

Thanks for the link, but at the moment I have difficulty to get my XP system on the net, if I am lucky after bootup I can access internet but after 10 minutes or so then I get the "Action Cancelled" or other message when surfing the websites.
Even trying to redial my dsl provider I get an error.
I know there is a bug in my system that Panda can not find.
BTW what is an EXPLOIT and what do they used it for.

and then post your current problem in the Spyware Forum... those guys over there are GOOD at what they do and I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if they got your issue resolved for you.

Following the instructions of Major Attitude I am stuck at the XP boot in SAFE MODE with network support. My Panda Titanium does not run and I also can not connect to my dsl provider, in otherwords I can not get to the internet.
What do you suggest I do next.
