    The file "explorer.exe" is the Windows Program Manager or Windows Explorer. It manages the Windows Graphical Shell including the Start menu, taskbar, desktop, and File Manager. It should not be altered in any way. It's default location is C:\WINDOWS.

    the only reason i asked was on a bootvis traco explorer exe started before any other progs
