explorer.exe application error

Hi there,
I m having aproblem with my computer...whenever i open any folders having video files,i get explorer.exe application error....the memory could not be read... & the folder exits ...My quick launch also goes away.
I have run all the 7 step test posted in READ & RUN IT FIRST before asking for support thread.....
I m attaching 3 logfiles now & i will attach 2 more logfiles in following post .
plz do help me.

Delete the following files:
D:\DOWNLOADS\DivXInstaller.exe
C:\WINDOWS\iun6002.exe

Otherwise your logs are clean.

Your problem with explorer is not malware related. You should post this in the Software Forum.
