explorer.exe error win 2000

i removed the new.net lsp files and ran tsc and spybot and qloogic and adware and rkfiles and still nothing it the task seems to end faster in safemode i can boot normaly or in safe mode i also cant install norton please help as this is fustrating i plan on removing limewire from my hd cuz it has too many viruses i cant even copy my log files to post them cause my computer locks up

 

what im saying is i cant boot my computer in safemode or normaly and ive ran all those programs i metioned in the last post ive only ben able to post my hjt log when i try to run explorer manually it wont go still says error but i have gottten my desktop to come back with no picture once like my icons were there like i needed to refresh my active desktop and the error would stay away after that but i would still git no ie i could browse my computer only and none of these a/v programs will install it says error when i click on the install. the only thing i got to run was tsc
