Explorer not responding

I have a lot this every day. Does anyone besides my self have this problem?

 

LOL We really need a lot more information!!! Simply saying "Explorer is not responding" is not enough to offer any help. If this happens to you on a regular basis, then you have some problems. These problems may or may not be related to viruses, hardware, lack of maintenance, program corruption, Windows corruption, etc etc etc etc. We need more details: what version of Windows? What service pack? What exactly are you doing right before "Explorer stops responding"? Have you checked for malware/viruses? Have you taken any steps to correct the problem? Have you checked the Event Viewer for possible errors or warnings?
