Explorer Refresh Issue: Related to "Fixing the Windows Explorer crash"

First, thanks to Tim for the shellexview post fixing explorer crashes/freezes.

Related to the problem Tim described, and found a fix for, is the problem of Explorer not refreshing when moving or deleting files. This problem has been around for years with no absolute fix, reported by many folks...

The immediate workaround is to refresh explorer using the F5 key.

*Many* people have had this problem and many have suggested fixes, and like Tim's experience, they seem to work for a few people. Almost always they come to the forum to report that the issue came back. Fixes range from registry hacks to deleting Libraries.

Microsoft marked this issue as solved when it wasn't, prompting users to revisit it. See:

I tried everything in the long list of fixes, nothing worked. I will say that in addition to all the suggested fixes, I used unlocker to unlock process that were locking the desktop. uTorrent was a culprit, but even unlocking it didn't always work...

Then I stumbled upon a fix that worked for me and the problem has not returned. Your mileage may vary, I put this up as another possible solution you have this problem.

In my case it seemed to be tied to multiple instances of explorer running when I checked my processes in the Task Manager. The option selected below has fixed this problem for me and I haven't seen it return in many months. I'll note that allowing multiple instances of Explorer is tied to greater system stability, but I have seen no problems running my Win 7 box like this.
