export favorites in IE9

    I want to export favorites in IE9. Microsoft website tells to click the favorites button. Look for an arrow by add favorites. I have seen this in other internet explorers but do not see it in IE9. I am assuming that the work favorites in the tool bar in the favorites button mentioned. Can you help?
