Export To Web Message

    Hello, I wonder if anyone might be able to help. My client has told me they are constantly receieving the following error message...

    "PRINTER EXPORT TO WEB FAILED TO INITIALISE BECAUSE A SUITABLE WEB EXPORT DRIVER COULD NOT BE FOUND".

    They are running XP and have an Epson All-in-one printer.

    Anyone come across this before?

    Well, the first thing to try is to make sure you have the latest software for whatever particular Epson Printer your customer has.

    Also, if this is being plugged in via USB, is there anything else on the USB bus?

    When does this happen, when trying to print from any program or only from the web?
