i am using a wd passport 750 gig external hard drive formatted to wbfs to store and load my wii games. last night, i connected it to my desktop pc so i could load more games onto it and the drive did not show up on my list of connected drives. when i plug it in, i get a pop up that says "installing driver software", which fails. so i tried grabbing the driver from the wd site and installing it, but when i browse for it in the pop up dialogue, it cannot be found. then i went to 'device manager' and the drive shows up under 'disk drives' as "WD BAD PCB USB Device" and install driver software, which is just called "disk drive" and says the installation is successful, but the drive still does not show up in the 'computer' folder and i cannot access it. i'm not sure how i would go about reformatting it at this point and i would at least want to try to retrieve all of the games i have on there before reformatting. any help would be greatly appreciated. i guess i just need to figure out how to access this thing:confused

also, i am using windows vista x64
