Has Zlob been removed?

Hi,
Brief history: stupidly accepted a "codec" download on a streaming video site, then soon after google search in IE was behaving very strangely, opening random sites which immediatly liked to other sites and oped extra wiondows -online poker / search sites and .info sites etc. Firefox did not seem to be so affected but computer seemed generally slow.
Had been running with uptodate Sophos antivirus and with windows defender turned on. Neither noticed anything even on full scan. I guessed what had happened and downloaded a trial of Counterspy which detected Zlob.Downloader and claimed to have removed it. Further scans revealed nothing but the problem persisted.
I then came across your site and I have gone through all of the advice in the "READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide" as well as I could. Log files attached.
PC still seems slow, no specific problems with IE in the short trial I've done (using Firefox now) but I got an error message "richvideo.codec refers to a file which does not exist" in firefox just now.
I realise that Zlob is hard to remove and have run SmitFraudFix but have not acted on the report.
Please could someone advise me as to whether I need to do anything more to clean Zlob from my system.

Yes, sorry about that, I'd accidentally uploaded the other files as a separate post and then couldn't re-upload the same files here, plus I didn't know how to delete them from the other post. An admin has kindly moved them so now they appear above, Thanks,
