Extract image from PDF

Respected All Members,
Kindly can anyone please help me-
I am looking for software which will extract image from pdf file..
I know, there are many software available..but what i am looking for is not available...
All software extract image only BUT NOT THE DESCRIPTION OF IMAGE..
Eg..KINDLY LOOK AT THE ATTACHMENTS..
ALL SOFTWARE EXTRACT IMAGE LIKE-SLIDE A
BUT I WANT TO EXTRACT IMAGE LIKE -SLIDE B (Contains description of image-at bottom of image in black box,in betn red arrows)

Hope i am able to explain what i am looking for..
so Please kindly suggest me any software which will extract all images with description from pdf file...and it will be better if it will be free software..

If you have Office 2013, or Open Office, just open the pdf file in either of those two programs, and copy. Or even better, if you are running Windows 7 or 8, use the Snipping tool.

 

You could also use any number of free image editing programs to simply remove the description or anything else you want to.
