This ammo company really impressed me. I am going to copy and paste my comments from another forum here.

"A few weeks ago I was ordering some .45ACP (I don't quite have the $ to buy the good stuff from a member here in bulk), and I came across a box of Asym JHP 'match' ammo. So I got a box of that to try. My RIA has not has any trouble with different JHP's in the past. The Asym, jam after jam after jam. Fed and fired 1 round out of 10 attempts, I put the box aside and shot the other ammo I had.

So, later that day, I decided to look at the ammo, see if I could find some reason it would not feed. A little piece of paper falls out:

"Thank you for purchasing ASYM Precision Ammunition. We put a great deal of care and pride into the manufacture of this ammunition. If you are happy with our product, please help us spread the word. If you feel we can do something better, please contact us right away. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

    Stan Chen ASYM Precision"

Now, being the weekend, I had cleaned up the guns, put them away, had a couple of beers, and decided I would send Mr. Chen an email. And I sent a nice Email to him, especially after reading how my RIA gun is known to have issues with JHP bullets. Just telling him how they did not work in my gun. A couple of days later, I get an email reply, and we corresponded some. Today, a box of 50 Asym Match 230gr FMJ bullets show up in my mail, with a hand written letter, thanking me for my feedback, and to try these. Free, no shipping, did not ask for the JHP ones back or anything. That is above and beyond customer service in my thinking.

You always see stuff about how company A messed up. Well, I will defiantly look into buying from Asym in the future. Looks like they are doing a little construction on their website, but here is a link. http://www.chencustoms.com/+

Just thought I would share my experience."

To elaborate for the non gun folks, FMJ is Full Metal Jacket, JHP is Jacketed Hollow Point. Some JHP's do not feed well in some guns. That little piece of paper in the ammo box, they seem to be very serious about that. I am very impressed. :cool
