Extremely slooowww, connection drops out

Hello,

I'm here assisting my father in trying to get his system working properly. I couldn't believe it was possible when he was telling me his computer takes about 30 minutes on avg. from power on to homepage up.

The wireless also drops out intermittently, but the other 2 computers in the house are fine.

I have used some old and slow computers, but this thing is full of molasses.

During the scans here are the errors that came up during the tests.
