Facebook Application problem

Please don't move this to games!

I'm at a friends computer at the moment, and she's having trouble with Farmville on Facebook. It's not just on her computer, she could use any computer, and it gives her an out of sync error.. I know Farmville is a beta game, but I wondered if the problem has ever presented itself to anyone else, or if there was something to try, that I might not have seen somewhere on the web.. I've used IE, FF and Opera.. Everything is the same..

I've cleared the cache, ran CCleaner, reinstalled Flash (after an uninstall) reinstalled Java (after an uninstall) Also, same for Direct X.. I'm not blocking pop-ups.. I just don't know what else to try.. Could it be that the problem is with the game, or Zynga? If so, how best could I convey the problem to them? I'm at the end of my options.. I don't know what else to try..

Any ideas would be great.. I'll try anything.. Jumping on the computer doesn't work either..

Hey Pax, the game is working fine for me. :-D I have had this problem but not recently.

dyamond, thanks for the links. She's been having trouble for weeks.. Before she even gets past all the so and so helped you, and check out these chinese new year things... she gets the out of sync error.. From any computer she logs in with (so I think it's a zynaga issue) yet when I logged into mine from her house, it worked fine.. She had a list of things from zynga to do, which is what I think your links are too.. I just wondered if there was something out of the ordinary to do, that someone figured out on their own haha...

Are you an addict? most of the people that I know, playing Farmville, plan their days around it to an extent.. LOL

I use it on my lunch breaks at the office.. So I guess I do it too, a little.
