Facebook Help

so I can log into facebook,i just cant post or even LIKE anything
its been going on for a week or so..i have no idea why
they claim i violated TOS, which means someone reported a pic, but there was nothing that directly violated TOS, no nudity, etc
so its a abstract/opinon that the pic was "sexual"(i'm guessing here, what else couold it be?)

but how do I find out why i was banned, and how much longer?

I cannnot find any "support dashboard" and ive emailed/messaged them 2x already

anyone else ever have this issue?

 

I have not had this happen but from what I hear it takes FB a while to reply when you contact them. So you may be waiting a while.

 

If they say you violated the TOS, you could have to spend anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks in Facebook jail. The good news is if you can still log in then they haven't removed your account entirely, just given you a time out. They usually give you a reason in an email, though.

 

Ive sent them a few messages, like 8 since this happened
1 a day
today i logged on to facebook via computer and i was going to do a status update and a box popped up saing I violated TOS and had 22 more days till I can post again
but still no idea why or what i did wrong
so I hit the "this is a misstake button" and I'm sure I'll hear from them, eventually

i will check my email again, but no emails that I'm aware of
