have an HP Pavillion laptop with windows 7. was getting an AMD error
message, couldn't update the software, ended up going back to a
factory reset with help from HP tech support. then got a simple pass
error couldn't fix, another factory reset. then running super slow,
another factory reset. couldn't update windows or run defender.
another factory reset. all in the past week.

now, was finally able to update windows & run defender, and not
getting any error messages, but I just don't trust it, running slow
and facebook takes so long to change pages, just stalls out. I wanted
to make sure there isn't some malware on here.

when I did the factory resets and looked at "remove software" some of
the software install dates are april and june of this year, so HP tech
support said I didn't really do a factory reset... but that is what I
    clicked on...

actually facebook is stalling out on my desktop and also ipad as well,
could it be something with my ISP?

I'm attaching the logs from "Read & Run Me First", can someone look at
them and tell me if there is some malware?

Just got "diagnose connection problems" while uploading the attachments. Tried to upload twice, just wouldn't go, stalled out.

Ack. I have to go to work. I'll email the logs to myself and upload them from there. Surprisingly, this worked.

    Many thanks,
    Elisa

I'm sorry but you are not having malware problems. Your logs are all clean. I suggest that you post in the Software Forum to determine if you are having problems with Windows itself or whether there could be any hardware issues.

    You're welcome.

Since you are not having malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Go back to step 4 oof the READ ME and renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    3. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    4. If running Vista or Win 7, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    6. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders
related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
