Facial Recognition Software

I'm here because I am, in fact, dumb as a box o' rocks about almost anything computer-y. I can turn mine on. Oh! And off. Yup, on and off. Pretty impressive, huh?

So I'm just going to ask the question that brought me here and let the mods move this or let y'all give me some help, if you can.

There is a controversy, which I am sure no one here has ever heard of, about whether these pictures are of the same person. I'm tired of controversy and thought facial recognition software would answer the question. (This is one image, but there are lots of other images online of single shots of both ages of the woman)

Does anyone know a way to easily compare these two through some software I can get - yanno - free? I know Facebook does this somehow and thought there might be some way to manipulate that into telling me, but I have no idea how to go about anything like that. Thanks for any advice or assistance.
