Failed attempt to fix computer

Hi. I was having issues with my computer a few days ago...so I just decided to reformat the entire hard drive. I assumed that reformatting the entire hard drive would rid the compture of any spyware and viruses. After I did so..my computer was still acting strange. So I decided to follow the malware removal guide, which found some spyware and one virus (trojan.agent)..and removed them. I thought the problem would be fixed, but my comptuer is still acting strange. I tried to go into add/remove programs, but it won't pull up a list of the programs installed on the computer. I also can not find spybot search and destroy (even though I used it yesterday). When I went to install it again, it says that certain .dll files are corrupt, and the program will not install! I've also tried to install other programs (such as aol) but they will not install. Lastly, my computer will never automatically conncect to our home network, and when I connect it manually..it never stays connected. I'm not sure if that has to do with all the other problems, but I was wondering how to fix the issue.

You stated that you have followed the malware removal guide. If you mean the one here at MajorGeeks.com attach the requested logs as instructed in the link below when you have finished the instructions. If any programs fail to download, mention this is your post with the logs you do have.
