Every time now that I try to log in at Wachoiva , PayPal, or eBay I get sent to a page that asks for way too much information ie; ss# Pin# CC# Mothers Maden Name etc. Even if I use a wrong user ID and a wrong Password I get sent to the same really good looking FAKE PAGE I have completed all of the clean up steps you have recomended to try. Everything looks clean to me.
Other than buying a new computer I don't know what else to do.
Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 (build 2600)
    Dell Computer Corporation Dimension 8300
    2.60 gigahertz Intel Pentium 4
    8 kilobyte primary memory cache
    512 kilobyte secondary memory cache
    1536 Megabytes Installed Memory
Trend Micro Internet Security Version 17.1.1250
This started about the same time Comcast disabled my ability to send email, they said my ip was sending spam. After a phone call it was called a mistake by Comcast but my email port was changed.
