fake windows security alert

    Hello guys
    I am new here. I have Windows Vista and my problem is:
    I start my PC and when it is done a window appear asking me that unknown software wants to install (the name change every time like: 42525.exe or 47502.exe). Then I cancel that. After that, down on my desktop tool bar a fake windows security alert appear and when I click on it takes me to IE and show me Malwaredestructor.com
    Please help me!
