Fake XP professional Disk OOPHS

:wave Hi I found I was not using a genuine XP Professional Disk so I purchased a Disk at Microsoft center which I d/loaded on line then later received the disk but when I turn on my computer or if I load Nero I get a message
:Error -code: 1/-3/10900 see Doc #5305
Is there any way around this as I am think I have to re-format, which is hassle I could do with out

 

can you uninstall then reinstall nero?

 

No and this error code also comes up when I first start windows

there's something called nero start smart, or something like that, and it starts with windows. It might be the cause of the error.
