Family Photos

if you have windows, under 'power tools' on their download page, there is a image resizer. download that, and then right click on any photo and it will come up with the option to resize. really handy little tool. should be on the 'must have downloads' page. aloha

 

The easiest one for me seems to be Picasa, I click on the one I want then export, it reduces it and sends it to another folder.
Paint works ok too, under image - Stretch/Skew
