fan always stay on with sony k33 laptop

    I made sure the power management is on and set to default did the bios default also and no luck.
    wondering what it is. goes off on standby and turn off.
    is it hard drive?, put in some memory about 5 months ago, couldn't see that being a problem, only thing i did
