fan on laptop

I was wondering of there was a program to controll the speed of which the fan on my Celeron 2.6Ghz laptop.

for lots of stuff on laptop fan speeds. Do you want the option to speed it up, and/or, slow it down?

Rain 2.0 may help. Check if it works for other than W98, though.
