far cry graphics configurations(what are yalls graphics settings?)

I was wondering what are yalls graphic settings on far cry if yall have a 6600 GT video card??

 

Didn't farcry have an auto detect setting?

 

yeah but i know some ppl got differnt settings than auto detect and auto detect sets everything on low.

 

setting is based on processor, processor speed, avialable ram, type of ram, video card, soundcard.

 

well im just wanting to know their settings for far cry.

 

Dont think it matters, since your pc isnt the pc they have, and settings will be obviously different; plus you never provided your specs

i have a: lanparty UT nf3 250 GB mobo
AMD athalon 3000+ processor
XFX 6600 GT 128 MB video card
1 GB kingston value ramm
36 GB hard drive 10000 RPM
thermaltake 480 watt silent pure power

 

I'd say just crank 'em up & go from there. Doesn't matter if your machine is the same as thier's or not. Crank 'em up, see what happens, then adjust accordingly.

 

i have a gig of 3200 a 9800 pro 256 and an athlon 2600+ and i have all on as hig has it goes with no lag whatsoever

 

tell me anything in life you can get into in less then 15mins - payed sex excluded.

 

even tho Far Cry is pretty old by now its still one of the best games around!! graphics and story wise!
