Can you provide some background information?
    What is your Windows version?
You cannot connect to a local network or the Internet?
Is this something that has started recently?
Can you check the status of the 'DHCP Client' service (Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Services)?

DHCP service is disabled, says so in the log.

What hardware (modem, router) do you use to connect to the internet?

It's Toshiba Satellite A105-s4334 Windows XP SP3. I cannot connect to both local network or the internet. It always get stuck on "Acquiring network address" but Signal Strength always shows EXCELLENT. I remember leaving my computer on in some website, and when I woke up, a small screen popped up and asked if I wanted to delete something and apparently I clicked yes. So after I started doing some research, I found out my AFD is missing. When I go to Control Panel ==> Administrative tools ==> Services, I do not see AFd in there anymore. When I go to Device Management (devmgmt.msc), it's not there either. I probably have uninstalled the driver as well. I tried to reboot my laptop back to factory setting but it didn't come with a REBOOT DISK and I couldn't activate the hidden REBOOT partition on my laptop either. Modem is Linksys and router is Netgear.

I don't think it's the Modem or Router because I connected to them before. When I right click on Wireless Network Connection ==> Properties ==> Internet Protocol TCP/IP ==> Properties, the screen says "Obtain an IP address automatically" and "Obtain DNS server address automatically" but it's blank, nothing is in there. When I do CMD ==> ipconfig, IP address shows 0.0.0.0

Have you cycled the modem and router off?
When one of my computers has a problem (7 currently in the house) not being able to find its way on to the internet, I power down both pieces of hardware so a new series of IPs will be handed out (I also have a printer connected to the router).

DHCP is the job of the router. To check that, you need to go into the router, make sure it is on then check the services on the computer. (Control Pamel, Admin Tools, Services)
