FarCry Help

I seem to be getting nowhere on their forums. My CDkey times out and can't play online. I have Comcast cable internet. I have the McAfee security suite. It has been suggested to uninstall the McAfee firewall and try to see if that works, it does not. I've unistalled the entire McAfee security suite and it did not work. My windows firewall has been disabled since I got McAfee. I thought about trying to open the ports for the game but I am lost when it comes to doing that. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Following is the option for adding the port in McAfee and the ports required to play:

McAffe
Incoming TCP/IP Port
Outgoing TCP/IP Port

Incoming UDP Port
Outgoing UDP Port

GAME PORTS

uib.com ports
TCP 40000-42999
UDP 41005

Farcry game ports:
server:
outgoing 49001/49002
incoming - client dependant

client:
ingoing 49001/49002
outgoing is client dependant

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Also, there is no router at all, mine is the only computer connected to the internet

 

that happened to me a lot when i used to play farcry, i never did figure it out. sorry i cant be of any help.
