   This dude has a Toshiba laptop (XP Home SP2). For the most part everything is OK, but when on CraigsList, if he clicks on the 'reply to' link for any ad, he gets this error:
   Fatal Login Error. hr = 80041500, f = 1
   
   Any ideas?
