Father Who Killed Daughter's Alleged Molester Won't Face Charges (In Lavaca County, Texas)​

Good riddance to the P.O.S. that assaulted his daughter. Yep, definitely 'justifiable homicide', i.m.o. My compassion goes out for the victim, the father and family, not the perp that died as a result of his own evil. And he did try to save his life, anyway.

 

I read this story about a week ago and I hoped then he wouldn't be charged. That dad is a hero and that scum doesn't/didn't deserve to breath another breath.

 

The county sheriff released the 911 call the father made after beating the s**t out of the guy. Strangely, the father sounded remorseful for taking the law into his own hands. The fact the grand jury no-billed him is a no brainer.

More power to the guy! I was hoping he wouldn't be charged with anything. The world is far better off without that POS molester on the planet.

 

I can sympathize with the Father; I have two daughters.
