Favorites on Desktop Won't Open

    I'm not sure what I did but whenever I drag a favorite from IE7 or FF2 to the desktop and then try to open it from the desktop I get the Print Dialog Box. If I right-click the file there is no "Open" option. The only option is "Print." What do I do? I'm using Win XP SP2.

    Also, I have already made sure that a browser is associated with the URL file type and that "open" is still the default action for it.
