FBI Malware Lock computer

Mk well I was on a porn site (not gonna be ashamed dont care what anyone thinks) and all of a sudden this FBI screen pops up looking all real and shiz, with my webcam and everything. I got all freaked out at first but then when it said I had to pay 200 dollars in 2 days or they would come and find me LOL :-D , That was when I could tell it was a joke/poorly made hack.

Anywho, I shut off my comp, Looked up youtube vids on how to remove it on my phone~ watched it and followed instructions to do system restore to an earlier date before the malware entered my computer.

Quick question~ the malware attack happened about 30 mins ago, I system restored to 9/28/12. The system restored worked, and I am typing on the computer that was effected. After the system restore are there anymore threats still in my computer even tho I system restored? < That is my question.
