My cousin has asked me to try to help him out with the fbi moneypak virus his laptop got. It seems clean now. I ran malwarebytes and took cleaned up the pc with ccleaner. I followed the malware removal guide steps and did get more trojan alerts. The guide said just to only run the scans and attach the files. Should I attach the files now, I'm not sure if I need to be asked to attach them first. Hitman pro is the program that alerted me of malware and trojans still on after I used malwarebytes.

It always creates the log and it is right where stated. MGtools found it an automatically put it into MGlogs.zip

You logs show you ran in safe boot mode. To properly analyze and finish cleanup, normal boot mode must be used. We will start a fix below but from now on use normal boot mode unless that is not possible. And if not possible, we need to be informed about this with details on what happens.

Run Hitman Pro again and allow it to fix everything that it detects. Then immediately Reboot the PC.

After reboot, run a new scan with Hitman Pro and attach the new log.

Diid someone knowingly install Sendori? We have seen a few cases of this and users did not knowingly install it. It was bundled with something else. Also it was problematic. If it was not knowingly installed then uninstall it now.

    Uninstall the below:
    Ask Shopping Toolbar

    Delete the below two tasks
    C:\Windows\tasks\SpeedUpMyPC.job
    C:\Windows\tasks\spmonitor.job

Copy the bold text below to notepad. Save it as fixme.reg to your desktop. Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files" Once you have saved it double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.
Make sure that you tell me if you receive a success message about adding the above
to the registry. If you do not get a success message, it definitely did not work.

Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista or Win7, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).

    Then attach the below logs:
    • the new Hitman log
    • C:\MGlogs.zip
Make sure you tell me how things are working now!
