   What Microsoft OS's comes with FDISK as part of the OS? Will FDISK even work with 2000 or XP.

   All HDD drive manufactures have free utilities to Format & or Partition in Fat or NTFS file systems
   The OS doesnt matter
   IDE or SATA no matter either
