Feeling liberated

Took the Ex off the lease... and after I got the shut off notice, I put the utilities in my name. So other than the 300 calls a day I get for the ring he bought on my credit that I can no longer return and are expected to pay for? He's completely out of my life.

Yay! He also goes to court on Friday, if I remember correctly, for having laid his hands on me. So we're celebrating by getting together, my friends and I, and having a little to drink while we watch B-rated movies.

Feeling ok. Still got alot of stress, but trying to take it one day at a time and my life can only get better without him

congrats, i know what a burden "dead weight" can be. and what its like to be the one who gets to clean up the mess.

 

I wish I had one of those bank accounts that allowed you to just hop on a plane and jet off

 

I`m 150 miles down the thruway. Party invitations, all of them, are given consideration. I may not be able to respond on a few hours notice but you never know. Good for you on losing that lead weight around your neck.

 

put the ring up for auction on e bay. much aloha . im glad your feeling strong.

 

oh, its only worth $199... he bought and earring necklace set too that i lost an earring too... All said about $500

besides, i dont feel like setting up a seller account all over again just for that. pain in the ass

Hey, Wenchie - glad things are looking, at least a little upwards. Good deal on eliminated the 'EX' - let's hope he stays 'ex'. Hope you and Kay are doing well.

Well I would, but I'm a tad distant - (15,000 miles or so) away. I can't afford the airline ticket, and I'm not that good a swimmer.

 

Wenchie, darlin', HE didn't buy you anything. He conned YOU into buying them and into thanking him for getting you deeper in debt. I'm more than glad he's gone, but you've GOT to pick your men better.
