   my computer when windows start appears a box said "file corrupted C:\windows\system32\??pPatch\tracert.exe"
   
   i try to find the folder and file but it's gone.

   Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
   When finished, it will produce a log for you. Attach this log to your next reply
