File management software for Vista?

For my windows XP computer, I have been using a file management program called, "Explorer Plus," which I like very much.

My wife just got a new computer and it has "VISTA" and it's file management system seems very awkward. I guess I can't run Explorer Plus on it. Is there any similar file management system (trees, etc) that I could find and install on her computer?

Help would be appreciated. :confused

http://www.explorerxp.com/ ( although written for XP worked for me ok, but I have no major need to use file managers so dont use it now and only used it with two Beta versions of Vista, so it may not work with RTM, but try it )
