    Hi
Like everyone I get infected with all sorts of `viruses`. I guess some bad and some worse. But my question is pretty simple.
Is there any `virus` `malware` or any other piece of sotware that I might catch while on the Net that can actually allow someone to `see` and downlaod actual files from my own hard drive?

Their are many people who dont or have not be infected with malware etc, I'm one of those folk as I have ( hand on heart ) never had malware infection on my PCs... down to good precautions mostly and a small % of luck...

But to your question, YES their are many virii or trojans that can allow access to your PC and steal data, some examples below

and the list will go on with many variences of these trojans.

SO wise cause of action is to follow the steps in this Guide How to Protect yourself from malware!
