    Hi Guys;

    I am trying to troubleshoot a wireless network connection with "win xp" on a desktop and laptop using Netgear. I disabled the windows firewall and logged on the system as "System Adminstrator" and changed the permissions to allow all users to connect to the network for the directory to the shared folders. I can see the programs on the 2nd network(the laptop) and try to access the directory to use a program that is on the shared network and get a "Access Denied... You do not have permission to access this area. See your network administrator"

    Can anyone give me some ifo on what I need to do to correct the situation?

    I would appreciate any help on this matter...

    Thanks...

    You need to have matching usernames and passwords on the 2 computers if you are not on a domain.
