Find out how much a website makes?

I found this website ;

Penny Rank

It supposedly shows how much money a website makes per day , and then per month.

I tried "www.majorgeeks.com" and this is the results I got.

Is that anywhere near the right amount?

 

It looks like that site is just generating random numbers.

Edit: I tried putting my server in there, which gets about 1 hit by a real person per day, and it gave me:

Daily: $754

Monthly: $22,605

Worth of Website: $904,200

 

I think its working on some random equation , which does'nt apply to the majority of websites , but probably a few.

 

I think it's no ones business how much or little this site makes.

Just be happy that it exists in the format it does.


At the very least, it should mention running costs and time, which if it was included, would work out as a loss.

Monthly: $223,650

Worth of Website: $12,300,750



Look at all the money you are losing?


I would love to know how that can be worked out from such limited information?

 

They must be applying the Multi-Level Marketing Theory. Sounds good on paper but doesn't perform in the real world.

 

More like Multi-Level Stupidity.

I don't see the point in making up numbers, that are in essence, just a wild guess.

 

That reminds me, I need to do my taxes.
