Findiing a quiet Athlon XP cooler

I was hoping you all could help me out again. I'm researching Athlon XP coolers for my new hardware setup, specifically the really-quiet variety, and wouldn't mind some extra direction.

It's been a while since I installed the HSF I have on the Thunderbird I'm currently using, but I believe it's a Cooler Master HHC-001. That one's been pretty quiet for me, so something as quiet or quieter would be nice. I've been looking at the regulars (Zalman, Thermaltake, etc.) but would really like some first-hand suggestions on inexpensive (<$25 if possible), quiet Athlon XP coolers that can fit on an MSI K7N2 Delta-L motherboard.

Has anyone used this one? From the review it seems quiet, is in the right price range, and'll work for an Athlon XP 3000+.

You may want to look at a temperature controlled one, if your board doesn't support CPU fan control. These have a thermistor dangling in the depths of the heatsink, and will only kick up the speed when your CPU gets hot. However, you may make better noise savings by selecting a quieter PSU - I've just bought one for a build I'm doing for a friend branded "Eye-T". It has an extruded aluminium case, a 5" fan on the underneath rather than right on the back, and a manual speed control on the back, so you can knock the speed (and therefore noise) down if you want. I paid about £20 GBP for it ($35 USD?) for the 550W model.

It also has funky neon yellow braiding on the ATX cable, and all connectors are yellow too... nice if that's your bag, baby.
