finding word on a website

I have a website with 100 + pages. I need to find a name that needs to be removed from the web site. It occurs many times on the site. Is there anyway that i can find the pages on which it occurs without reviewing each page separately?

If you're going to remove them, do you have the website saved locally?
I'd assume this is a website you can edit and post, you should have a local copy. But anyways you can use HTTrack free to download the site, then Notepad ++. Open the pages and do a replace in all open documents.
I have a program on my work PC can't recall the name, will post that tomorrow, it does a find and replace in files very nice.
