Fine turning a weed wacker

Fine tuning a weed wacker can be Extrem some times and some times the Throttle adjustment can be very picky especially on newer weed wacker Factory Specs normally suck big time i spent an hour fine turning my brothers weed wacker.

i had to barrow my brothers weed wacker be cause some thing broke in mine and this is the first time i tuned a small engine like that.

The Gas mix is crazy high lol 50 to 1 mix and i had to add a little more oil to the mix.

 

Don't know if you did this,but should google the weed whacker name...there's just three or four thing to adjust, air, fuel, and throttle....and the slide on the carburetor. I used to have four weed whackers for my business...the carburetor slide had a slot, going into the carburetor....two ways to do it, one right, and the other wrong....on my two stroke motorcycle, the carbs had the same two slots, but the slide had a dimple, that you could see thru a window, the carb had....

...some weed whackers have the same window, two of mine had them.....the air and fuel screws, can be adjusted while the motor is running...if you get one wrong, the motor stops...

and yes, I like a little more oil, then 50-1
