    I get this error:

    # The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
    moments.

    # If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
    connection.

    # If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

THis happens every time i try to run Fire fox. Any help?

Standard windows firewall and is letting FF run. IE does work but has aol explorer so yahoo dosent work.

Im trying to help a friend on this and its very hard to understand him since not very computer literate. lol

If you mean the WinXP firewall, it doesn't block outgoing connections - so that eliminates the firewall as the problem. Unfortunate, since that would be easy to fix. Several other possibilities, see: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Error_loading_websites
