FireFox / gmx.co error?

Recently I have been getting a "Redirect error" when trying to access Google alerts in my email at www.gmx.com

I have tried various defaults but cannot pick the right combination /s.

Can anyone help? (see thumbnail) I have enabled cookies in every place I can find, but still the same message. :cry

I'm still getting the !@#$%^ error.
I have managed to send an e-mail via Outlook (I haven't used that in years) to gmx.com hoping for an answer.

Their Help and FAQ are of no use.
They don't even recognise a Search on Redirect or Redirect loop.

Can someone in the UK see if you can get a phone number for gmx.com for me. As a last resort I will ring them from Australia during their Office hours.
