Firefox Problem or my computer?

OS: WinME : Using Firefox when trying to connect to MSN (for example), I have gotten 3 different Warning msgs: 1) address could not be found - check again...2) document contains no data...3) some other equally meaningless msg
After 3 - 5 tries I finally get through. Does anyone know what's going on???

out of curiosity, can you install the user agent switcher and set your agent response type to IE6 and then try MSN?

maybe it is the firewall, if you are using ne, i had a similar problem with zone labs, so got rid of it and use goldtach now
anyway just a thought, might not be the problem though

 

go here and install this extension

close down and restart firefox. Then from the tools menu, find User Agent Switcher and select the setting for IE6. Then try MSN

 

Kodo: The whole point of using Firefox is to avoid using IE. So, how does your advice help?
