Firefox uninstalls Site Advisor

Hello. I just recently installed the Mcafee Site Advisor extension in Firefox and noticed something quite strange. If I close FF, log out of Windows, log back into Windows, and launch FF again, the MSA extension has mysteriously disappeared.The MSA green bar in the bottom right corner of FF is nowhere to be found. I have installed the extension 4 or 5 times, but it just keeps disappearing. Has anyone here heard of this issue and know what I can do to fix it? All suggestion are appreciated.Thanks.

 

There could be a conflict between SiteAdvisor and automatic proxy configuration scripts in Firefox........
