    In the future, you would be best to include as much information about the problem as possible!

    Include things like:
    - what operating system you're using
    - what version of the software is giving you trouble
    - is the problem reproducable? If so, what causes it?
    - any recent changes to the system

    You'll get much quicker and accurate support this way!
