   At times, at least 2 cold reboots are required to get web pages to finally load.
   
   I've run all the tasks in the READ ME FIRST tutorial and have attached the logs.

   Your problems do not appear to be malware. Try disabling all broswer addons to see what happens.
   
   If that does not help, try disabling or uninstalling ZoneAlarm Firewall and Spyblock and see what happens.
